Nickelled is looking for a customer success manager who can help us take our customers to the next level.
We’re a fast growing SaaS company where our customers come first - and we’re looking for somebody who understands the processes behind what makes them successful. If you’re passionate about getting to the nuts and bolts of business problems and working as part of a trusting team to find a resolution, you’re the sort of person that we want to talk to.

This makes for a challenging, stimulating environment in which your ideas go further and your efforts produce results faster than in a “traditional” business.
You’ll be expected to help our new clients get up to speed, troubleshoot problems as they arise and proactively reach out to customers who we think might be struggling to get value from our systems.
