Customer Success Manager

Nickelled is looking for a customer success manager who can help us take our customers to the next level.

We’re a fast growing SaaS company where our customers come first - and we’re looking for somebody who understands the processes behind what makes them successful. If you’re passionate about getting to the nuts and bolts of business problems and working as part of a trusting team to find a resolution, you’re the sort of person that we want to talk to.

We are not a traditional company - we work remotely, we’re highly independent, we set our own targets, and we’re deliberately picky about the kind of customers who we work with. This makes for a challenging, stimulating environment in which your ideas go further and your efforts produce results faster than in a “traditional” business.

You’ll be expected to help our new clients get up to speed, troubleshoot problems as they arise and proactively reach out to customers who we think might be struggling to get value from our systems.

We are looking for somebody who:

  • Takes a consultative approach to problem-solving
  • Is comfortable with technology basics
  • Can work with the CEO of a customer as easily as they can the support team
  • Enjoys understanding and breaking down problems
  • Has a friendly, fun, professional tone
  • Is happy to call up a customer to get things moving
  • Can be proactive on a daily basis -- and stay organised at the same time
  • Limitless positivity
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Persistent -- not discourage if someone doesn’t answer your first … or fifth email
  • Is happy to be firm, without being rude
